Shipping & Delivery
Dogtired uses Australia Post, all orders are dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation on order. We will endeavour to dispatch your purchase on the same day or next working day after verification of receipt of your payment. Delivery to your nominated address can take 1-3 working days from date of dispatch however this is an overnight service for most capital cities and major towns (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note, deliveries to Darwin and Perth are outside of this network and may take 3-6 days for delivery.

It is important that we receive the correct shipping address and telephone number from you. We will ship to the shipping address provided by you. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. It is the responsibility of the customers to evaluate and decide if their shipping address is suitable for purchase via courier delivery. Sorry, pick up is not available.
All our shipments have an individual serial number so your order can be traced after dispatch.
Refunds & Returns
This policy covers all products sold via our website. In respect to Dogtired Products, any device presumed to be faulty on subsequent may be a warranty claim but is not grounds for a refund claim. We reserve the right to repair, replace or provide a refund (at our discretion) for any product confirmed to be defective within the warranty period.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee) provided that the product has not been opened, used or damaged and that it can be returned in its original packaging still intact. If you receive a refund on your purchase this will be issued in the same method as the original transaction. All returns must be pre-authorised by Dogtired.
A refund to your credit card can take up to 10 days after being processed. Please note to return any product you must in the first instance contact our office for instructions. All returns should be forwarded to us freight prepaid.
Should we deliver goods other than those that have been ordered the customer must contact us ASAP so we can organise for the timely return of the incorrect goods and delivery of the goods that have been initially ordered. We will pay for all expenses for the return of the incorrect goods and delivery of the originally ordered goods.
Once products have been dispatched: shipping, handling and freight charges are not eligible to be refunded.
Special order or customised products are not eligible for refund.
Backordered products, if fulfilled following notification of backorder, are not eligible for refund.
A restocking and cancellation fee of 15% (minimum charge $5.00) will be applied against all product returns; with the exception of:
• Defective goods (where confirmed as defective by our supplier); as advised by Law, please refer to the Consumer Affairs Victoria www.consumer.vic.gov.au website;
• or refunds issued due to our inability to fulfil the order within thirty days.
Except where as prescribed by law, we reserve the right to not provide refund for a product, or products, that we may not be able to resell to another customer.
How to make a return
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a Return Authorisation Number within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Upon approval of the return or exchange, you will be emailed a Return Authorisation Number.
3. Write the Return Authorisation Number on the original receipt and include in package with returned items.
